Q.

#asktheexpert - His weight has been in range of 22-23 since last 02 yrs. Also he intakes less food and takes lot of time to complete the same. Can you please provide your suggestions to increase his weight and intake as well

A. hi parent try to give mix veg dal khichdi with ghee soft parathas dipped in dals curd rice soup rice add nuts powder in milk
