advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity accordixng to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity andz nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .

You should give iron rich food to the child as that is going to be important in this age I would recommend you to go ahead with giving beetroot pomegranate and you can also also give sweet potato to the child this is going to be good you can also use black rice for the child that is also helpful
