#AskTheExpert hii sir good morning my child refuse to drink milk every morning. he is except milk all foods are eating. his weight is only 11 kg. pls advice.

A. hi as kids grow they gain their self identity and have their own likes and dislikes but don't worry their likes and dislikes are not permanent. just keep your trying best . but please don't force feed. you can buy a special cup or glass for this. tell stories to your child. set good example by drinking milk with your child. try it with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey etc.
