Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying ,things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eatt with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together.

Mostly, toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating fun time, Serve in a kiddie bowl or cup with straw or plate in different shapes and colors. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits.
