Q.

#asktheexpert hii.. my baby is 16 months old and she is issuperactive.she takes nap only for 2 hrs in the day.. rest of the time she keeps walking.how to increase her nap time??

A. know what can be done for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
