#asktheexpert Hii mam, Today my 8th month has been started. will I have to stop my calcium tablet .

A. You have to continue with calcium and iron supplement and even after delivery you have to take them for first six months to 1 year if it is needed six months or of course mandatory to be taken after that it is totally your choice
