AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. ideal weight of 4 years old varies between 14 to 16 kgs. ideal height of 4 years old varies between 95 cm to 105 cm. it varies according to bones and genetics. give a healthy and protein rich diet. milk eggs fruits vegetables and soups.

Height of the child is going to be based on the genetics and a Bird height of the child still if you feel that the child is not giving appropriate height and weight according to the age then in that case I would recommend you to consult your doctor for a full physical assessment of your child
