#AskTheExpert hii i am sufferingring from extreme hairfall n periods irregularity.. wt to eat so that hairfall stop completely.. pl suggest.. i. vegetarian n have lactose intolerance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite common to have hair fall after delivery Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals
