Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Even I had low lying placenta during my initial stage of pregnancy with cramps. I was advised complete bedrest, no exercise, no unnecessary walking, no bending, not lifting heavy stuff, no stairs n no lying staight on bed.. follow dese few things it will give u relief from cramps n with time baby will move up 😁. take care. stay safe
