Hi mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
