#AskTheExpert hii dr.mera baby 4 month old hai.after 6 month mujhe apni job join karna hai.after six month mai apne baby ko konsa milk de sakti hun.kya mai usko cow milk de sakti hun?

A. Hello mommy, Cows' milk can be used in cooking or mixed with food from around 6 months of age, but should not be given as a drink until your baby is 1 year old. Full-fat dairy products, such as pasteurised cheese and plain yoghurt or fromage frais, can be given from around 6 months of age. If possible, you should feed your baby breast milk for at least the first 6 months of life. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet
