Q.

#AskTheExpert Hii Doctor, I have delivered my first baby on 18 th June 21 I had my periods for about a week or so from then I did not get my periods if this is not normal what can be done??

A. It is absolutely normal to not get your period even up to one year after giving birth but in the meanwhile you have to keep using contraception to avoid accidental pregnancy and if it crosses one year then consult your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. A Women do not get their periods for longer duration after their delivery it could be six months to 12 months to 18 months also so I don’t think so you need to worry about that whenever your body is ready you will have your periods again
