#asktheexpert hii... as we are heading to summer what kinds of drinks can we give to the Little ones...except fruit juice....can we give tang, vital z, glucose or anything else.... plz suggest...

A. During summers maintain hydration by feeding well at regular intervals. Give fluids at regular intervals like buttermilk, milk, coconut water, milk shake, fresh fruit juice, watermelon, muskmelon, lichi juice.
