A. Dear mom..height is genetic. give well balanced meal tbat should include fresh veggies, fruits, dry fruits, dairy products and poultry items.
in addition to this massage his legs with sebamed massage oil. this will strength his legs

A. hello the height of the child is genetic and it depends on either of the parents height or the grandparents height and it would be better to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which can help and the growth of your child and is absolutely nothing to worry if your child is active
