#AskTheExpert hie dr. I'm having hyperlaction issue since starting of delivering my baby...I have hypothyroidism...for which I'm taking thyronom tablet....as I having started giving my baby cerelac lumps are forming in my breast....I have tried all the techniques of pumping and feeding...feeding on one side ......pls tell me what do I do...its getting painful

A. Hi mom Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
