1. High-Calorie, Nutrient-Rich Foods Dairy: Full-fat milk, yogurt, paneer, cheese. Healthy Fats: Ghee, butter, olive oil, coconut, peanut butter, almonds, walnuts, cashews. Protein: Eggs, chicken, fish, lentils (dal), soya, tofu, sprouts. Carbohydrates: Whole wheat roti, brown rice, oats, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas. Dry Fruits & Nuts: Soak almonds and walnuts overnight and give them in the morning. 2. Homemade Weight Gain Drinks Milkshake or Smoothie (milk + banana/mango + nuts + honey). Dry fruit milk (soaked almonds, cashews, dates blended with milk). 3. Frequent Small Meals Give 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. Healthy snacks: Peanut butter toast, cheese sandwich, homemade ladoos, fruit chaat. 4. Encourage Physical Activity Moderate exercise (cycling, skipping, running, swimming, sports) improves appetite and builds muscle. 5. Ensure Good Digestion Avoid processed junk food as it can cause bloating and low appetite. Give curd/yogurt for good digestion.
