#AskTheExpert Hi Team, My daughter is 7 months old and her weight is 7kgs. She is not increasing weight. can you please suggest. And also what is the ideal weight at this stage.

A. Hi mom By seven months the weight should be anywhere between 6.5-9 kgs. Secondly, give freshly prepared homemade food to your baby. Include ghee dry fruits powder banana potatoes rice avocado ragi paneer sweet potato etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
