Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi Sir, Whenever we feed our baby with beetroot rice, his motion color seems like he didn't digested well. I am afraid whether it's becz of beeturia? If yes should we need to worry? Please advice whether we can continue beetroot food or stop it right way. Thank you very much in advance sir/Madam.

A. it's okay.. as their digestive system is not mature , this type of stop can be considere normal, make sure to offer food which is well cooked, soft, n easy to digest.

A. Thanks for your response. Sure I will skip beetroot for now.

A. If Your child is not able to digest beetroot as of now then don’t give it for some more time introduce it after 8 to 9 months of age and also at the age of five months you’re not recommended to give any food to the child it is only and only strictly breastfeeding for first 180 days of what you have started way too early
