Go for small and frequent meal pattern for the child
Include more fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
Kese water levels up by giving water or buttermilk or fresh home made juice or coconut water or smoothies or lemon water
Include more protein in diet like paneer, oats, dry fruits , eggs, daal beans and sprouts in the diet
Reduce intake of sugary drinks, chips, chocolate and biscuits
