#asktheexpert hi sir my son rohaan reached 1 yr. now he could not drink cow milk.. what should I do for it ?

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder like actilife pro kid or macro junior with milk twice a day

U Diluted in the ratio of 70 and 30 after that I would like to tell you that you can add some healthy supplement like dry fruit powder chocolate powder saffron turmeric different kind of fruits so this is going to give a flavour to the Milk and I’m sure your childhood I like it that way
