Q.

#asktheexpert hi sir my son is 8 months old and he is unable to sit without support.is it normal or worrisome? also I'm currently offering him 2 times solid he eats only 2-3 spoons and rest all breastfeeding should I increase Solids?

A. hi parent it is normal please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil please give daily sun light exposure
