#AskTheExpert Hi Sir... My son is 3 year old now. He don't like to eat foods. His weight is only 11 kg Is the weight is normal?? What foods good for him to increase weight?? Could you please suggest a healthy diet chart for him??

A. dear mum, weight is slightly on the lower side for 3 years old child. child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks. the meals should be wholesome, having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, eggs, vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts like almonds. add ghee to baby's food. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
