#Asktheexpert hi sir, my son is 2.5 years old, he is having a temperature of 103 degree from yesterday morning which is not yet reduced.Doc suggested us to give P250 6 hours once, but there is no result of reducing the temp for 1 min also, little bit nervous, please guide me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you may continue the medicine advised by the doctor and do cold sponging of the baby Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
