#AskTheExpert Hi sir, my daughter is 5yrs 4 months last month she got fever that time doctor was prescribed blood test. In that report alkaline phosphate test show 2500 . is it any problem for my child please suggest to overcome this problem sir. thank you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. High level of Alkaline phosphatase may indicate liver disease or certain bone disorders, but clinical examination is important , it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

In such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining baby I’m checking babies reports. You should never give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr
