#asktheexpert Hi Sir, my daughter is 5 month 19 days. What should I provide to eat. Some one says to feed only mother's milk for six months.. please guide me sir thanks

A. Hello mom though excluively breast feeding is essential atleast till age of 6 months par in 5 months onwards you can introduce her to liquid consistency foods first such as dal z rice water , fresh fruit juice z vegetable soup etc only once baby gets used to some gradually move to semi solids
