#AskTheExpert hi sir, my child is one year 1 mth old now .she is feeding on formula, nanpro 3 . as per company they advice 14 scoops per day abd 3 other foods. But its very difficult to feed her purees and other solid food ,so can we increase nanpro scoops more than 14 scoops.

A. no dear try to decrease the milk intake and increase the solids now.. try to make the food interesting.. add variety and creativity to plate.. have meal together.. have a diet plan .. let the baby have his own food..
