Q.

#AskTheExpert hi sir my breast milk is not coming. so, we are using buffalo milk for my 3months baby boy. But he is drinking milk only 3 to 4 times in a day. May I know what's the reason?

A. It is not advisable to use buffalo milk a cow milk to a child who is less than one year of age and instead you can depend on formula milk which is safer.Write Your Answer Here

A. hi you should not give buffalo milk to your 3 Months old baby. you should keep trying to offer breasfeeding. the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk to increase your breastmilk supply. although if it is not possible then you can offer cow's milk which is easily digestible compare to Buffalo's milk
