#asktheexpert Hi sir my baby weight is very low she upto 4.5 kgs and her age is 6 months she is not gaining weight, she is taking sufficient mother milk what may be the cause can any changes we have to do please suggest doctor

A. The reason is that mothers milk is not healthy enough to be given to the child for total weight gain I do agree that you may really be having very good quantity of milk with the quality of the milk is not that good as it is supposed to be you should start giving formula feeding in fact your doctor should have advised you this long bag for betterment of the child
