At the same time it is also important t to meet your doctor to rulee out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

Give 3 to 4 meals a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates.
