ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 5.4 kg is a normal weight for 4 months old baby, don’t worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
