Q.

#asktheexpert Hi sir, My Baby boy is of 1 year old and we are trying to feed him the boiled rice including leafy vegetables combining some vegetables as well, but what we observed is he is potting more than 3-4 times a day. Is this due to the leafy vegetables in the rice? and what is recommended to feed him

A. yes it most probably because of leafy veggies. As long as your baby's poos are soft and easy to pass, there's no need to worry about it . tc .

A. Hello dear parent! Number of times doesn’t matter as long as your baby is active and healthy, gradually gaining weight. Green leafy vegetables are high in fibre. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
