#AskTheExpert Hi Sir,my 4 yr old kid has fever btwn 98 to 99.5..its cming up n down..now his body is warm and temp is 98.5 but his head n neck is very hot..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the normal body temperature is up to 99 degrees Fahrenheit in the baby e there is no need to give any medicine to the baby if the temperature is less than 99 degrees
