#asktheexpert hi sir my 2month old breastfed son has no bowel movements for the past three days. usually he will have bowel movement once in 2-3 days. we haven't given formula milk for the past three days and he is consuming only mother's milk. he is weighing 4.1kg now. his birth weight was 2.9kg

A. normal and nothing to worry as the breastfed baby will have less waste and it can go without passing motion even for a week and if baby is not passing motion even after a week then it would be better to check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
