#AskTheExpert hi sir mera bachha 2.5byears ka ho gya ..lekin dikhane me kamjor lgta hai....but active hai......to kya kare jisse vo wait gain kare aur active hone ke sath sath dijhne me bhi healthy lge....active rhta hai..to mai sochta hu ...sayad aisa uska physic hi ho...aap kuchh advice de sir

A. hi give good proteins like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu, curds add nuts powdet in milk give a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits if the child is active then dont worry
