#asktheexpert hi sir/madam, this is Sreevani from Hyderabad. I had regular periods but the bleeding is only one day so please tell me what is the reason.

This is not healthy period should be at least for minimum two days with a proper flow that is there then two days are justified right now I think maybe it’s due to Perimenopause or another issue that you are facing you have not given your age but I think it’s high time you visit your doctor
