#AskTheExpert Hi Sir/Madam, My daughter is 1yr2m old, she is active but frequently she used to get cold(runny nose). Is it a common issue or we need to consult doctor for this. Please advise on this. Thank you.

Make a glass of warm milk with turmeric powder and give it to the child every night. It relieves a sore throat and a runny nose right away.
