#AskTheExpert hi sir I want to ask that what should I give to my child In his diet to improve his height and for his bone and brain development. Sir I want to tell u that my child is good by height and weight he does not have any allergy.

Do cycling and climbing
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate water
Stay hydrated
Burp well after every feeding
