#asktheexpert hi sir, I am a mother of 22 months old male baby. since from last 2 months my baby is suffering with constipation I have tried lot of varieties of changes in food and i used cremaffin syrup but no one works for him. He poops very hardly a small quantity and his stomach looks very tight . please advice the best for which I ever thank ful to you sir π

first thing,you need to do is, maintain good hydration throughout the day
give food items like tomato soup, tomatoes slices, spinach soup, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc more
encourage your child to do more physical activities
give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning
