#AskTheExpert hi sir gm I need to ask I have started to feed cow milk since 5 days to my 9 months daughter but after taking cow milk her potty got so tight so how we can resolve that issue so she can have a proper

A. yes . constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .

A. Not cow milk is not recommended before 1 year of age...pls use formula...babies digestion system is not prepare to digest cow milk at this age. It may lead to certain issues and digestive issues.
