ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom initially when weaning foods are introduced you can start with liquid consistency foods and gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods and gradually move to soft diet.
start one food at a time and gradually increase the quantity , variety and number of meals & alternate it with your feed.
