A. after completion of 6 months you can begin with food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible give top food two to three times a day and beginning with few teaspoon then up to half katori every time continue to breastfeed baby.

A. To begin with you should go for Dal and rice water followed by fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato make sure to include good amount of dairy products as well variety is made out of ragi Suji and oats is also good
