#AskTheExpert hi pls add diet chart for 2.5 year old baby ... my daily food routine is 9 am breakfast milk and chatua powder 12 pm milk and fruit shake 2 pm rice dal and egg 6 :30 pm bread toast or milk sujee, or biscuit 3 to 4 9 pm dinner roti with milk he eats only half roti and very lean his birth weight is 3 .5 kg and now he is 2.5 yr he is 11 kg

A. Hello mom you can variety of food groups, such as seasoanl fruits ^& vegetables., dry fruits & nuts. dals, legumes such as chana, rajma, oats , sago, roti , rice, panner , curds .

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give a well balanced food in the siet and aby concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination
