#asktheexpert hi my toddler is 4 years old she gets too attached to one of her friends in neighborhood that she doesn’t want to play with anyone else and asking for that friend everyday im scared is this kind of attachment normal

Lots of kids are like that you are not facing something which is new just give counselling to the child make your child meet other kids and make friends with them and all and the child is emotional tell your child that you are not going to get your friend but if you keep crying also want to talk to you because you’re so crying and crying all the time you need to be a happy child make more friends enjoy with everybody more friends you’re going to enjoy more with them just regular counselling is going to help
