#AskTheExpert Hi, my son is of 6+ months. Should I start to give water to him? If yes then how much quantity?

A. yes, can start , allow few sips a day. no more than 1 ounces per day. offer small amounts of cooled boiled tap water only, all the very best.

A. After completing the age of six months you can start with water well you should start with a minimum of 60 to 90 ML that you can try to go ahead with giving in a day because water helps a lot and better digestion in proper motion for the child because this is the right time for you to introduce semisolid food as well
