#AskTheExpert hi my son is 6 year old.. but his height is an average one as compared to his classmates...his is very active all day and eats well...he does eat 3 4 different fruits a day which leads to less grains consumption.. pls suggest what to do for his height

Hello mom height to a very large extent depend on ones family genes, and hence not to worry on that, as far as he is active for his age and is also eating a healthy and balanced diet as well. it would be good if you could maintain a diet schedule for them and that way all food groups can be given .
