#asktheexpert Hi. my son is 6 days old and he is passing motions atleast 3-4times daily. so is it is normal or need to worry.

A. Normal Completely normal for this small child to pass stool 5 to 7 times also in a day but that’s normal because it’s the beginning and in general in the long run also if your child is passing stools 3 to 4 times in a day still it would be considered completely normal
