#AskTheExpert Hi,my son is 4 years old but he can't speak his speech therapy is going on ,every test I had done that dr recommend me,but no result ..many doctors said that he will speak bcz he don't have any problem only speech delay is their..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes this needs to be done along with neurological examination jfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
