#AskTheExpert Hi my son is 3 yrs and 8 months old...nowadays his appetite for food has decreased, he just want to play...I used to give him milk in the morning then breakfast, lunch, then again milk and then dinner...but all the time he just don't want to have anything...I am concerned please suggest me something..

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom according to his day you can at times plan to re schedule his routine .. as same routine as he is now growing up may require some change . And also now they are growing they prefer to play more and less interest in food . So you have to make an attempt to make it more interesting and make meal time fun so that he sits and eats well
