please don't get panic, your child weighs little bit less.
so for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
