Q.

#AskTheExpert hi my son is 3 year 7 months old...I need to know how much milk is sufficient for his growth...bcoz he dont like milk much so only drinks a cup in night...

A. at this age baby should have proper solids and semi solids than milk Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

A. It Should be at least 4 to 500 g on every day as in Mili litre every day that a child should be having every day So basically approximately should be half a litre for sure that your child should be having on an every day basis because Milk is very very important and if your child like to help me then you can give more of dairy products to the child
